2010 Summer Dock Rentals (prices subject to change)

$95.00 per foot for year round customers  (subject to change)

$115.00 per foot for seasonal only customers

Obstructed corner slips (small boats)  $800.00-$1600.00 call for info

All slips include 30 or 50 amp electric service and water

Finger Piers are $300.00 additional....There are approx. 20 finger / side slip piers

* There will be a minimum surcharge of $200.00 for abusive electrical usage...i.e. leaving air conditioners on with no one on board.

Rates are from May 1 until October 31

Transient fees $1.00 - $2.00 per foot dependent upon boat, slip, availability etc.
