Rules Afloat All dock space payments must be made before launching or arrival by water. No exceptions. *Storage customers whose accounts are not up to date will be charged for relocating their vessel to another spot. Slip is non-transferable without yard permission. No returns on payments or deposits. No sanding or painting in slips without yard permission. All materials should be purchased through the yard store. No carpets are to be nailed to docks. No outside labor. Minimum fine is $250.00 per day or incident. Outside contractors must be approved and registered at the office. Customers are forbidden to paint their own bottoms. Quiet time is from 11 pm on. No power tools are to be used before 8 am No loitering. |
